Lewis Hazelwood Horner created this amazing piece of artwork of England and Sweden fans watching the football at The Faltering Fullback.

The pub was rammed so he resorted to doing pencil sketches and photos that he then used back at his studio to create an oil study 40x40cm. The two lads captured in the painting are named Will Keates and Paul Metcalfe.

Lewis Hazelwood-Horner is a London-based painter who has experienced immense success in his first decade as a professional artist. After initial study at Byam Shaw School of Art Lewis obtained further training from London Atelier of Representational Art.

Since graduating his works have been selected for over thirty exhibitions including his very own solo exhibition entitled ‘Beers and Guns’ at the Mall Galleries. Most recently he was selected for an exhibition at the Kyoto City KYOCERA Museum of Art in Japan.

His talented artwork captures the essence of pub life and the customers within it. We recommend you take a look.
